Projlet

A projlet is a tiny project that generally takes very little time to do and tends to require (and receive) very little maintenance once complete.
Examples would include QQSearch and MicroIMG.
Projlets may include NeoFW (or a stripped-down version thereof), or they may not, on an as-needed basis.
